Our custom jewelry pieces are specially made according to the specifications of the buyer upon order and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.

To avoid damage or discoloration issues, store your jewelry in a clean, dry environment. Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, aerosols and moisturizers as they may cause damage to your accessories, and avoid any contact with water to prevent discoloration.

In the event that an error was made on our part, please contact us at isheesjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and clarify the issue so that we can send you a corrected replacement item or issue a refund as necessary.
